Running & Walking Injuries

Runners, joggers, and walkers typically can suffer from plantar fascitis, knee injuries and overuse strains and sprains.

We understand the importance of keeping your training plan intact. We will provide a modified fitness plan to keep you from discontinuing your training. Give us the date of the upcoming race and we will make a plan just for you.

We also provide gait analysis, including video to minimize recurring injuries.

Strength Training Injuries
& High Intensity Training Injuries

Strength training and high intensity training can result in shoulder injuries, spine injuries, overuse strains and sprains, and knee pain.

We will meet you at your fitness center or gym and review proper techniques. We will communicate with your trainer to collaborate on a fitness and recovery plan.

We may also use video to analyze technique issues.

We have several staff members that have received extra training in yoga. They are adept at treating yoga injuries. We understand yoga terminology and are effective at treating yoga injuries. We modify yoga poses.
