Cancellation and No Show Policy
Regular attendance is necessary for the best possible outcome of your rehabilitation. We understand there are reasons and circumstances that require you to cancel an appointment. If you are unable to attend, please give us 12 hours advance notice
of cancellation when possible.
When repeated
no shows or late cancellations occur, this is detrimental to your rehabilitation and is difficult for staffing. A $25 fee
may be charged for the missed appointment. You also may be asked to schedule “day of”. This means you will call us on a day you are certain you can attend, and your therapist will try to see you.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
David Sanderson PT, President
